2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Business accounts must be opened only by authorized signatories.
3. Services
We provide enterprise-grade trade, advisory, distribution, and liaison services. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement will be captured in a separate written Service Order or Statement of Work.
- Service availability may vary by district and product line.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service with notice.
- Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bherusinghmandloi.com of any suspected unauthorized use.
5. Payments & Invoicing
All invoices are due within the period specified in the relevant Service Order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing SBI MCLR + 3% per annum and suspension of service.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation;
- Upload malicious code or material that infringes third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, photographs and software — is the property of Mandloi Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, particularly in the event of breach of these terms or any applicable law. Termination does not release either party from accrued obligations.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, subject to any agreed arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
